PS4 X button not working

Kalau butang X tak berfungsi atau anda tersekat dalam menu di PS4 versi Asia, ini mungkin sebab sistem guna X = Enter. Untuk betulkan, pergi ke Settings > System, dan nyahaktif “Use X Button for Enter” — ini akan tukar semula O = Enter dan patut selesaikan isu.

1. Go to [Settings] and look for [Accessibility].

2. Look for [Button Assignments].

3. Check the box to enable Custom Button Assignments and you will see a [Customize Button Assignments] option is displayed.

4. Select [Customize Button Assignments] will lead you to page below. If your controller’s Circle button behaviour is swapped with Cross Button’s:

a. Assign Circle button to be Circle button.

b. Assign Cross button to be Cross button.

5. Double check these two buttons and press Confirm.

PS4: Guide for player to swap X and O button as Enter button (Asia)

1. Go to [Settings] and look for [System].

2. Look for [Use X button for Enter] and check the box to change the Cross button to Enter and the Circle button to Back.

3. After checking the box to use Cross button as Enter button, the page below will be shown. Press [OK] to close the notification.

4. Now, Cross button is used as Enter button and Circle button is used as Back button.
