There are a total of 8 fishing areas within Kampung Durian Runtuh, one of them being hidden in a secret area. (unlocked by playing a special side quest) You can identify a fishing area by checking the map and looking for large sources of water. You can also find them by looking for wooden plank platforms near water that have a fishing bucket placed on it.
